Saw this on another website I am a member of. If I had experience on these things, I might buy one and turn heads at the lake, or anywhere I bring it!<br /><br /> http://movies.collegehumor.com/media/movies/hydrofoam.wmv <br /><br />Good sized download, but worth watching....too cool.

We found the guy's web page.<br />He is working on making them available in kit form.<br />Not yet available.<br />Sure to be expensive.

Friend of mine is bulding one. From what I have been told the guy's web page has said that for a couple months now. If you do a search others have reverse engineered the Hydrofoam and are selling kits. To go from nothing to fully functional is about $400. (that includes buying transmitter). Cannot wait to see one of these in person.
