New Albe Owner

Just to wanted share my new boat. '84 Albemarle 24 Express. Originally a N.J. boat that was relocated to the Cleveland area in 2008. Original owner repowered in '98 with V-P 5.7Gi Duoprop. All new upholstery, enclosure, props, controls and raw water pump. It was remarkably maintained by p.o's. as can be seen.
I previously had a Formula 233 and wanted to stay with a similarly proven 24 degree hull. From everybody who owns these boats, they are impressed by the ride and the quality.

Congrats. An Albie was on the short list when I bought the Grady.

Great ride. Just couldn't get past the I/O and they rock a bit more on the drift than the Grady.

Understand the problems with the rocking. Unfortunately, or not, I'm on lake erie where that wasn't a major concern (troll mostly). Just wish I have the chance to bring her to the east coast to meet some of the boys after tuna. Ya never know!!
