New 9.8 Tohatsu Prices Paid?

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post what they paid for their new 9.8HP Tohatsu? Doesn't have to be a 2015 or 16 model, just one from not too long ago. My local dealer has their new 9.8hp short shafts with electric start listed at I believe $1980 + tax. I still need to confirm the tax rate and make sure there are no hidden fees but it seems like a really good deal. I think the tax rate is only 3% similar to buying an automobile rather than the standard 9% sales tax we have here.

Any 9.8A3 (back to about 2006) is identical (except for cowl stickers). Anything under $2K is more than reasonable for the EFS model.

Sounds good. I got mine for $2100 but has remote steering with cables. I also have to pay for installation.
