I have just purchased this new motor (2011) and realize it is under warrany and the retailer is trying to figure out what is going wrong. At between 3,000 and 4,000 rpm the motor seems to starve for fuel. It stalls when we take it out for anything over about a 20 minute run. The fuel bulb is soft and needs to be primed in order to have it rum properly. Can anyone suggest what is wrong? I am a complete newby with this engine.
