Planning on buying this boat for Great Lakes use and the base engine is the F150 Yamaha. My concern is will the boat be under powered. Don't really care about top end speed. What I do care about is will the boat be able to cruise and stay on plane when the chop gets 2 1/2-3 ft without having the RPM dropping off. With my current 4Winns, I am on and off the throttle to much. Anyone have experience with this boat/engine when it starts to get choppy?
