I remember where I was the second I heard that a plane had hit the first tower. The first call I made was to my Dad.

I lost several Friends and Shipmates in that Cowardly Attack. I will NEVER forget. My Thoughts and Prayers remain with my Shipmates. Fair Winds and Following Seas to all that perished.

I will never forget where I was and the video images.

I will never forget the pain I still feel for all those who lost someone and those who are still suffering the physical and emotional effects.

I will never forget being terrified as a 3rd grader doing bomb drills and the metal cans of water and food in the school basement during the Cuban missile crisis.

I will never forget the bomb shelter symbols in every public building growing up.

Because I never forget, every single day I hope and pray that my grand daughter (and yours) never experience any of this. :blue:
