1995 Evinrude 115. On my Throttle box I have a push button to disengage the throttle and place it in neutral. Currently I am not able to get into neutral. Button is half depressed and is not disengaging the gear to neutral. Would this problem be corrected inside my throttle box or is it back in the engine. Had a new throttle cable installed 3 months ago and have experinced no problems shifting. <br /><br />Thanks
