We recently purchased a 1993 Sunbird Neptune 180 and the floor under the cooler/operators seat is soft. First question is how difficult is it to lift up the center console to see if there is more damage in the hull? Second if everything OK under the center console what is the best way to insure water does not enter hull? Appears someone attempted to use a “caulk” to seal crack between center console and deck!
