Need year of motor and have carb problem

Help!!! have Mariner outboard, is 30hp, data plate shows 30AE, then 689 L 402059, carb has word Teikei stamped on it, engine runs fine but gas runs out overflow at top of carb, gas flow slows down when engine speed is increased, all help appreciated.

You have a 1984 model (Yamaha Powerhead).<br /><br />You need to do the carbs.. Replace the needle and seat and float. Mariner Parts
