Need Year of 65 HP Mercury

Just bought a Merc 650, 4 cyl engine. Its seriel # is 2016923. Can anyone help with determining what year the engine is? Also, I need what ever it is that connects the choke solonoid to the choke. It is a plastic part that resembles a tie strap material. I have absoultely no idea what it is called.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Doug

I appreciate it anyway, unfortunately, they don't stock the parts for that old an engine. I will keep searching, but have the part numbers you provided me will help. Thank You
