HI, I'm looking for the year for a Johnson 7hp<br />Model # J8RCRN, SN CS161449<br /> <br />I tried the sites in the FAQ and couldn't find<br />thios one listed.<br /> <br />Also, how big (ugly) a job is dropping the gear case to replace all of thh seals and gaskets ? You can actually see light between the gearcase and the upper part of the leg where it bolts on.<br /> <br />thx<br />chuck

1984, Chuck.<br /><br />Big/small jobs are relative. With a manual you can do it in an afternoon.<br /><br />Good luck.
