need wiring for older style tilt for volvo

AQ 131, 1986 need the wiring (diagram) for the tilt sys. the manual has newer version. I need the one that has the elec. motor attached to the housing which runs a worm gear and shaft for tilt (not hyd.). I have up no down?

Didn't I give you links to the OEM service manuals for the drive in an earlier post? And what drive do you have?

Yes Don, You gave me a manual but it's to new. It doesn't have my tilt system. It is a Volvo 275 drive. B130 block Volvo 131. My sys. is the elec/mech. drive tilt not hyd. thanks If you have the right manual, that would work. thanks again Don

Don, the power tilt diagram i have is in the 131/275 operators manual. But it is the hyd. system. ? ine is the elec/mechanical. thanks

If it's the 280 to DP-C manual, your system should be on page 164 at the bottom.

It doesn't matter, that is the manual for the 275. The wiring is the same.

Then you don't have the service manual. Here is the link to it.
Do you have the engine manual (service manual, not owners manual)?

You da Man ! Thats it Don page 164 called the (tilting device) thankyou. Kinda liking these Volvos. I like the raw water pump on the engine instead of in the drive. Weird how the engine hangs in mid air though. No front mount. Have a good one Don see ya soon i'm sure.
