I'd start at a Starcraft dealer. Not cheap, but they should be able to get it.
A second alternative is to find out the actual manufacturer of the windshield - sometimes the maker's name is etched into the corner of the windshield glass. Taylor-Made is a common one. Call up the manufacturer or look up their website.
Outside of that, you're looking for a wrecked boat with a good windshield...
