Need Windshield for 88 Bayliner Capri

I am currently looking to replace my windshield for a 1988 Bayliner Capri boat. If anyone has any information or know of anyone that is willing to sell one, please contact me. Thanks

I just ordered one and more from Bayliner boat dealer in Guilford ,NH. If you are not near there,you're local bayliner dealer should be able to help you

HI DTHOM I TOO AM THE PROUD OF A 1988 BAYLINER CAPRI MODEL I TA;KED TO THE LOCAL BAYLINER DEALER AND HE TOLD ME THAT WINDSHIELD WAS UNAVAILABLE THAT I SHOULD TRY A GLASS SHOP TO HAVE ONE PREFABBED. I have a '90 17' Capri ("Miss Fire") with the same problem. Starboard side glass is gone thanks to a large tree limb. I'm looking for a used one. The dealer said a new one, which was still available for the '90 was $300. I little steep for an older boat. Any one out there parting out the old Bayliner?

Had the same problem a few years ago... sking mirror wouldn't stay in... screw wallowed out... stupidme, put in larger & just a little longer... you do not want to do that out on the water... glass shattered all over. Went back to dock, removed frame & carried to automotive glass shop & had them cut & intall glass. $65.00 repair cheaper than new windshield & I am the only one that knows it hass been replaced!!!<br /><br />Guy with Capri missing frames... call bayliner get guy in parts, have him check whos windshield was used on your model... rememember they have records on all parts suppliers, get name & call thier plant as they also have specs for all the boats & they can still manufacturer your frame & all you do is put in glass...
