6. You may not post in the forum to promote any personal enterprise, advertise a business or product, or to solicit responses for contests, off-site poll questionnaires or similar. This includes directing members to social networking sites.

MOD EDIT: Let's handle that via PM, please.

2. Craigs list is a good start, E-bay sells lots of used and new parts, you need to get a part # so you can search and find it,or year make and model, this is where the factory service manual helps.
3.Keep it remote control, and buy two cables on E-bay like I just did to fix ours.

Check Craiglist or Ebay as tommarvin suggest.

Are you sure it is a 25Hp? The LU and the midleg cover looks like a 30 or 35Hp.
The LU is a 2:1 ratio and the nose for exhaust/water at the cover look like 30-35Hp. The early 25 Hp (1973-1976) did not have the nose and the LU was a smaller design/typ withaAnother ratio .
BUT it can be a late 25Hp from 1979 and up.
Check the idtag in the lower cowl.

It does not matter for the tiller it is the same for the 25Hp and 30, 35Hp.

The idtag should be in the lower cowl just under the carb, riveted to the cowl.
You can identify the year by looking at the "leftside" of the engine if you standing infront of it with the carb facing at you.
At the engine block in the casting there should be a circle (stamp) with two numbers in the middle. That is the manufaturing year.

For the tiller problem try Franz Marine. Not cheap but he might have one.
