Need suggestions on merc 150

hi guys,

have a 87 blackmax 150 was storing it for winter and took compression reading. left bank was 125 125 127..right bank 118 118 107.is this ok? i have read all readings should be btween 15 psi of each other and also heard banks can be totally different.any suggestions on these numbers..thanks

Did you spray any solution/oil in your cylinders?If so your readings will be way off.Warm engine up for 5 minutes (on muffs)and try again.Give them all 5/6 seconds of crank when testing.The only one to worry about would be the 107.
