I need a part for the carburetor on my Honda 9.9 model BF9.9D.BFP9.9. It sat for a year and the small rubber boot dry rotted. It is the boot where the rod from the throttle goes into the small fuel pump on the carb. The local dealer in Ft Lauderdale told me I had to buy the whole carb, since his computer parts diagram doesnt show the parts for the carburetor. The carb is made by Keihin, model OZBB OK23. I need a souce to buy this boot. Any suggestions?

2nd question. The motor still runs, but dies if I dont keep it at at least 50% throttle. It is also difficult to start. I'm thinking this is because this rubber boot failed and it is affecting fuel flow or vacuum. Does this make sense, or do I have 2 separate problems? Would adjusting the carb solve this second problem?
