You can probably get a generator and belt from an outboard dismantler, like www.tcoutboard.com, Todd.

Please don't ask for copyright violations. You need a manual anyway and it is in there.

Can also find them (sometimes) on ebay.
The wiring is pretty complicated on the generator models; you'll also need the regulator box and wire harness. Unless you can find all of this on a parts motor, it will cost you more than the motor is worth. It's easier to just charge up the battery with a battery charger before you go. It'll last a few days of use before you'll ever need a recharge, unless you're running alot of lights off of it.

Sounds like you are asking about a pulley, not a whole generator.

305411 generator pulley
305415 top flange for generator pulley
307577 generator belt.

That stuff is all available from any Evinrude dealer.
