Need some help with mercruiser 5.0

I could really use some help assembling my engine... So i go this boat for free and I kinda feel like i know why. Its been over 2 years and every shop i take this motor to is just sits there for months with no work because everyone here is backed up for a million years apparently.

Anyways I am like 99% done assembling this motor. SN is 0M341787. So I have pluged in every wire except the boost pump or lift pump what ever it is called. I have no idea where it goes. I feel like it is the last step to starting this motor. It is a fresh rebuild I bought off a guy in town like 2 years ago. I just had to take the parts from the old motor and put them on this one. Seems easy but the person who had the boat before me took it all apart and had it on a pallet. Like is there a wire diagram online? PLZ HALP

Hi. I’m not able to look up the serial number like some of the great guys on here. But what engine is this ? As in…carb or fuel injected ? Some carb engines have the fuel pump triggered by the oil pressure and are wired towards that.
