Need some help finding a carb kit

I've looked all over and can't find a carb kit for a 1970 Johnson 40es70a

All the kits I've run across are for either up to 68/69 or 71 and later. I have yet to find the carb kit for a 1970 40hp johnson.

Any help, or an oem part number for the complete kit?

marineengine.com shows kit 382052 superceding to 0439075 incl. float

Is the 0439075 the kit for the 1970 40hp electric shift? If so, I found it on marineengine.com. It just didn't include the year, unless I overlooked it.
