Need some direction with Sea King impeller change

Hello all,


Been a little while since I've been on, it sure is nice to be back! My question is this: I have a 1957 Sea King 5hp Model #GG8960A that I would like to replace the impeller in. I have a rough idea how to do the project with dropping the lower unit and all and I could really use some help with a parts list to do the job right as well as part numbers and good resources to buy. I want to do the job right and replace all the seals and o-rings that I come across during the disassembly. I would welcome any tips you could offer on how to do the project as well. Thanks, AJE

Well; your motor is a modified Gale [SIZE=-1] Mod 5D14[/SIZE]. Some service data and parts illustrations are here:
