ok I am relatively no to this so im really not to sure what I need to purchase for a prop. I need to purchase a prop for my boat since the one that is on there has all the blades sheared off. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to this so im currently seeking advice. The boat is a sea ray 170 with the 3.0l engine. Normally when the boat goes out there will be 4 or 5 people on it going out of havre de grace md and mostly just running around that area. Im not trying to do any insane speeds but would like to crusie at a decent clip and maybe pull the ocasional tuber but no skiers. The holeshot is not super important to me. I would also prefer to think about economy anyway which is generally why I wont be running full out for long. So basically Im looking for what is going to be the best midrange prop for my boat while having people aboard. Also I am wondering if anybody in my general area has any spare props or something they would like to sell, today would be great. I would love to take the boat out this tommorrow.

A 3 blade aluminum is what you are looking for. 21" pitch would be a good all around performer. I like the Solas Amita personally. Less than $100 shipped.
