need part for 20hp merc

I have a 200 series 20hp merc outboard,had spring ,that recoils rope replaced last year,2 days of fishing and something broke,took cover of and the part that sits on the,fly wheel was sheared off,it has like these little butter fly things that spring out and rotates the fly wheel.what is that part called and where can I get one .thank you and help

Get the serial number off the tag on the engine and go to www.mercurypartsexpress.com and look up your part and call your local dealer.<br />Backfire
