Need opinions! Please

Running a 15 x 16 double cupped stainless prop. 15X16SSTII. Topping out at 3800 rpm, should be 4400-4600. This boat is new to me and I have no history of why this prop was selected. What aluminum prop would put me in the right range ? 5.7 King Cobra, 260 HP, recent tuneup, under 200 hrs. 5000# dry. Bottom painted, clean. Prop appears to have corrosion (galvanic) over it's entire surface. Thanks for any input.

First I'd make sure the motor is running right. To be 1000 rpm off is more than pitch (at 16") to me. It almost sounds like maybe the 4 bbl isn't opening??

That's a good drive, stay with ss props.
