I bought a Seaworthy 8.5 ft. Dinghy from Boat Us about 12 years ago. The
Dinghy is fine, but I am missing one of the oar locks. I tried West Marine (
they had a part no.) but they said they no longer carry it. Without the oar
lock, the Dinghy is greatly compromised.
I understand the old BoatUS part numbers( from a 2003 catalog) are 298190 and
298191.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks,
Ken Hoffman

Re: Need oar locks for Seaworthy dinghy

Any oar locks for an inflatable will work. you don't need the ones that specifically came with your boat. You may need to replace the oars to make them work. Don't worry about what specifically came with the boat. I looked here on iboats but don't see any available for an inflatable.

The person you spoke with is only answering the question you asked them, but not thinking outside the box. Instead of asking for replacement parts for a specific year, make model, broaden your search to ANY inflatable oar lock. They all glue on the same exct way.
