Need Mercruiser Service Manual #22

Does anyone have an electronic copy or know of a link for the Mercruiser Service Manual #22? I can find most of them online, but this one is not available! I am specifically after the pages showing how to properly time the injector pump on my 4.2L d-tronic.

Same thing when I try the link. I can't seem to find this manual anywhere online. All I need are the pages outlining how to properly time the diesel injector pump.
