I have a 2000-01 Mercury 40 Hp 3 cylinder 2 cycle apart for Boyesen reed conversion. I have all the torq settings except for the actual reed retainer bolt...Boyesen does not know the torq for this particular engine and my manual won't be here for another week yet(3 week wait!).....This engine would use the same settings as the 50 and 60 HP also(same reeds and same induction manifold/reed block). Can anybody help me tonight?
