Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get a flywheel for a 1988 Johnson 200hpV6. Just popped it off and found all the magnets loose. Was looking into a repair kit also, but then I would still need to have it rebalanced, and it would take a lot of elbow grease to clean it up.

You glue the magnets back to the flywheel with DURO epoxy after you clean all old epoxy and rust from the flywheel. If it is a 35 amp flywheel the magnet spacing is close to 7/16s. The small notch on the magnet faces up when the flywheel is upside down and you are installing the magnets. It will work fine on standard engine without rebalance.

Thanks Clanton. After a little research a new one would be over $500. To have it reglued $200. Besides the money, I tend to trust my work more than others. Time to start cleaning.
