need info on the 1983 mercruiser 120

what is the firing order? Is there a wiring diagram on this forum? Can i take the trim pump apart and clean it? It has sat for a few years, should i replace the diaphragms in the fuel pump? any other stuff i should know about these would be very helpful. Thank you.

2. No, but if you look in the 'stickies' you'll find lots of information, including links to some on-line manuals with diagrams.
3. The electrical side, yes. The hydraulic side, not so much.
4. Depends on the type of fuel pump. Some have kits available, some are 'toss it and buy a new one'.
5. Full tune, full drive service, check engine alignment. Check condition of all the bellows, check exhaust elbow and manifold...

I checked the stickies and couldn't get much from them. some of the links didn't work. but the info you gave me is great and much thanks. the engine alignment and bellows i'm understanding. could you explain those?
