my son bought a 1975 mercury 65 hp he is 16 years old he restored a boat he installed his motor took it for a ride but forgot to tighten positive cable he was running the motor hit a wave popped of now the motor wont start he brought it to a dealer the guy told him he need a control box installed on motor did start he then just told him motor to old took his control box of and told my son to pick it up does anyone have idea im trying to fix for him
