Need Help With Proper Set-Up and Adjustment of A Johnson/Evinrude Trolling Motor

I picked up a Johnson bow-mount trolling motor this past weekend (Model #JBHL2TY), and don't have a manual to determine how it should be set up. In particular, there are three collars on the shaft with tightening knobs (see pics); one is on the main sleeve around the shaft, the second is a collar that fits onto the top of the sleeve and the third is a smaller collar that is between the motor head and the second collar. Can someone tell me exactly how these adjustments are supposed to work? The main sleeve around the shaft tightens down the shaft in a particular height in the water, I believe. The collar that fits onto that sleeve, when tightened down, lock the shaft so it can't be rotated (or steered). I beleive the third collar, between the head and the 2nd collar, is the stop to keep the shaft from sliding down when the lower sleeve is loosened. Is this correct? Anyone have a user manual they can share, or at least tell me how to properly use this?
