Need help with my regal rush jet boat!!

hi i have a an 1995 regal rush jet boat i bought for 1500 and i bought the boat now and its winter here and he didn't turn it on because it was cold so i just got it well that was stupid of me lol. We tried to start it and it runs fine without the water cooling it but when you plug the water hose in the water gets in the 4th cylinder and the boat just turns off. dose this mean the engine block is cracked or is the gasket messed up or cracked? If the engine block is cracked how much would a new one cost and where can i find one?

probably blew a head gasket, pull off the head and see

no i checked and it looks fine but i will take the whole block apart tomorrow and see whats up with it and post it on here
