I'm looking to locate a manual for the re assembly of the MC-1 years 1965-1975 gimbal housing along with the gimbal ring re installation. Parts will be here Wednesday and my goal is to have the boat ready to hit the water next Tuesday. Before Wednesday I need to get my transom plate stripped down, removing main and shift bellows, water hose, gimbal bearing, and my shift cable. Then I need to reassemble everything with a new-all that I just listed and a gimbal ring and steering spline. Any help in what order I need to disassemble/reassemble and tools and technique that I need to follow would be helpful. I just feel really overwhelmed right now. At least I have plenty of free time this week.
