I have a parts motor that I have used most of what I need from. It is a 35hp Johnson, but the serial no. is gone so I cannot figure out what year. I am wanting to sell the lower unit because it is in good working order but will not fit my 35hp Evinrude, which is a '79.
The lower unit I am trying to ID has the shift linkage connection inside the water intake screen in the lower unit. The part no. on the inside of the lower unit housing reads 325532-d2. Can anyone help me ID with these clues?
