I finally got a new power pack for my boat, put it on and it wont idle. it runs fine but wont idle. Both carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt, fual pump cleaned, new plugs and new switchbox/powerpack. so i tried messing with the idle screws on the carbs. took em out to 2 turns and nothing was changing. finally i turned the idle screw on the throttle arm which makes it idle OK. but i had to turn it way out. Any help with this issue would be great
