Need help identifying a flywheel

Need help solving a mistery. It's a flywheel that came on my frankenstien 225 evinrude outboard. The casting numbers on it where 583146 and the stamped number in it was 16F L3. I need to find out what year outboard this flywheel is for. Any and all help would be appraciated. Here is pics of the numbers.

Jeff try www.screamandfly.com those Guys are pros on the 200/250 HP range. They use em for racing etc..

You could also go to CDI Electronics. They have some views of center magnet positions which will tell you what year flywheel you have.
