Looking for some help figuring out which model Alumacraft I have. Title says 1960 Alumacraft but has no model or HIN. Boat is 14'. Based on the brochures I looked at on fiberglassics I THINK it's a Model A but would love confirmation from some of you.

Also is the aluminum plate over the bow called a "forward deck"? (If not what is it called?) Is that a rare feature for this boat?

Is there a serial number somewhere on this thing? There was no plate on the transom. Is there a spot where I should look?

See photos below. Thanks in advance for your help.

That alumacraft does not have the typical transom of a boat of that era, the knee brace is not as substantial as other models.

The knee brace is the small piece of aluminum jetting out from the transom in the center, correct? (slightly visible in my second photo, in the dead center of the stern?)

Yep, there should be 1/8in #s and/or letters stamped in it
