Need help identify these wires and connectors

Hi everyone,
I just got a new boat a couple of weeks ago..
It's a 15' Boston Whaler Sport with a 1998 Johnson 70HP on it.

On the wire harness coming out of the engine there are 4 wire packs that i need help identifying.

As it shows in the pics..
1. Connector with 8 pins
2. Connector with 2 pins
3. 3 wires, Black, Grey and Purple (i think this is for the tach)
4. 3 wires, Black, Purple, white/grey line.

I appreciate any input as to what these may be as the boat came with no instruments at all, only the OMC Controls with ignition.

The 8 pin plug is for a SystemCheck tach with 8 pins - click the thumbnail.

Now i just need to get the Tach with system check.

I saw on the Evinrude site that the Tach with system check is part number 0176301.

I found two Tachs with system checks that are suppose to be compatible.

1. FARIA TCK002A OMC SYSTEMS CHECK BOAT TACHOMETER
2. TELEFLEX 58883F BOAT TACHOMETER w/SYSTEMS CHECK GAUGE

Does anyone knows which one of this will actually be compatible with my 1998 70HP Johnson 3 Cylinders?
