Need help finding someone to tune up my Tohatsu 9.8

Can not find someone from Vancouver, WA to Longview Wa to tune up a Tohatsu 9.8 outboard. Tried the big one, Pacific Boatland in Vancouver but they said they don't work on Tohatsu motors. Can anyone who knows the area help me?
