I have an old 1973(I think it is an old ford 302 engine?) Anyway, the starter was bad, so replaced that, then went onto the starter solenoid and replaced that. Still no firing or even a click. When i turn the key over the dash lights up and everything and i can even push the trim and the windsheild wiper and that also works. Any help to determine what else I need to look at would be great. Thanks. Also, forgot, there is a reset amp fuse on the motor and when i hooked the multimeter up to that and checked for voltage it was going through that. So i am thinking I have either a safety switch i am not looking at or the key ignition is just plain bad.
