Need help determining year of motor by cowling

can anyone help me determine the tear of this Johnson 25HP motor THANK YOU!

That is a 1982 cowl looks like it is a J25RCNB.

Thanks hidef.The transom mount was changed out fron a Johnson 20HP,It has the 20s tag and no welchplug on the block.I have been typing in different part numbers,But as you know parts cover a wide list of motors,BPRs site had engine cowlings with pics of the decals. I tried going through them but my luck was they stopped showing the decal pics 81??82 somewhere around there.
BY the way how'd you determine not only a year but the model?RCNB

RCNB was was guess but I figured since she is a tiller rope start that would be the model number.
