Need Help Coast Gaurd Capacity plate missing 1995 V180B

Does anybody have one of these models if so can you please post a picture or send me a picture of it {high res close up } I cannot get one form procraft as they are out of business and tracker wont help you on anything older that 1999. I would appreciate any help.. Also if anybody knows where i can get a replacement decal? I know its not required if i can prove i tried to get it but i have to have it to fish in tourneys.
