need help 4 stroke 200hp surging

need some help with honda 4 stroke 200hp, engine surges at idle speed, no problem's when trolling or higher rpm's. any suggestions will be helpful thanks.

A little more info on the motor would be helpful. New/old etc, year model. If it is a new engine, the dealer will tell you not to worry about it until get a few hours on it and they says it will settle down.

the honda 2006 with 650 hours most regular maintenance is up to date

I had similar idle problem, but also with running too...turned out to be a bad pencil coil, and one cyl wasnt firing right, was easy to check, just pull off the wire conector to eack coil and see if there is a change in the motor..if not at least you know its not a bad cyl or plug..could be injector may be dirty....put in a can of injector cleaner in your gas, and go out and bounce around some...advice from my mech....good luck

Thanks, I know when I changed the plugs the 3rd cylinder plug it didn't go in smooth it might be stripped, but I will try the injector cleaner Thanks again I will let you know the out come
