Need gauges for 2005 Tohatsu MD50b (TLDI)

I purchased a used tohatsu tldi many years ago and before it was installed the gauges that came with it were burned up in a fire before they were installed. I had made the cut outs in the dash for tachometer (about 3 3/8”) and trim gauge (about 2”) so I need to get new gauges that will fit these holes. I can’t seem to find any of the older tachometers and it seems like the newer versions are larger (4”?). The newer gauges have some added functionality but I can’t cut a larger hole in the wood dash for the tach because there are 2” holes on either side for the trim gauge and fuel gauge.
Also the engine remote control is in several pieces and I need to connect up all the wires correctly. The owners manual says to use the remote control manual but I can’t seem to find that anywhere.

Thanks so much for the information! I had found this part number for the tachometer on the tohatsu.us site but it says it’s “4”. Above it says 3.375”. I was concerned that the version on tohatsu.us would be too big for cut-out but now I am reassured that cut out is correct size and that the total gauge size is 4”. I will go ahead and buy it!
As for the service manual you mention above, does it include details for the remote control?
