Hello everyone and thank you in advance! This is my first boat purchase so please bear with me. First off the boat is a 1984 Sea Sprite Sandpiper. Engine serial # 6833766. Stern Drive # 6738510. I just purchased this boat yesterday and the PO started it in the driveway with the muffs. It finally started after about 3-4 minutes. He said it has a "flooding problem." It is really hard starting and before I screw with anything I figure I would be best off to purchase the CORRECT service manual for this engine. I believe it is the #3 manual, but I am not 100% sure. I am very eager to learn and I figure this would be a good starting point. Please let me know what the correct manual is for this engine. Thank you again
