And a new engine i just installed 350 sbc 5.7 bored.30 over, ,,thunderbolt iv ignition,,,new flat top pistons,,new crank shaft,,,high volume oil pump,,,brass freeze plugs..new hydralic lifters and push rods,,,882 heads with new valves and guides and springs...three angle valve job,,,all rocker studs pined in.......intake manifold is off my old 260 mercruiser,,,and also the 4 barrel rodchester carb....i have the cams spec sheet but it doesnt state any rpm info and no horse power info...ive searched all over and no luck...i even called the manufacturer and they didnt have that info..so that tells me its a discontinued cam....so im reaching out to all the wise gurus here...thank you in advance....also is it worth keeping this cam or getting something better for my application like sum-k1102 from summit racing...

Ayuh,... I'm more concerned that advances, rather than to where,...

It should be all in by 3200 rpms I believe,... I'd have to drag out a manual to be Sure,...

Re: need cam info please..

Hi sorry I was out trying to figure this out...I ran my boat again full throttle and all of 3200 rpm for a whopping 14 Knotts trimmed out...the boat gets on plan around 1800 rpm full gas tank 105 gallons and 40 gallon fresh water tank in the bow... and a friend 300 plus bounds sitting in the engine compartment playing with the distributor. . And no difference in rpms..so tomorrow im gonna take out the filter from the quadrajet and also change my fuel water seperator...I'm also installing a fuel pressure gauge...

Re: need cam info please..

Has anyone taken a look at the cam spec sheet in post #10...is this cam worth keeping in there...I'm beginning to believe the cam isn't strong enough to push my boat. .if tomorrow by changing the carb filter and water separator doesn't change anything I guess the cam and intake manifold and water pump are outta there. ..cause I cant figure this out... I also tested the compression again and each cylinder has 175 psi..I have now intake manifold leaks I checked that by spraying carb cleaner..I also checked to make sure im firing on the compression stroke tdc...
