Need bolt size from a schematic for Tohatsu 90 TLDI control box

I have to dig into my contol box. But right away I am missing #39 (washer) and #40 (bolt).

Do you have anything that says the size of those? I can get those local?..

Your diagram is not the correct one for a TLDI motor. Your pic is of a RC5E control; The TLDI uses the RC5F control. However, the lock arm retaining washer and sheet metal screw (which are common across all RC5-series controls) can be replaced with generic stainless stock bits in a pinch. The Factory parts are available for about $2.00.

It's a part number thing rather than a size thing for dealers. But, just shove in whatever you want as it is not a critical part(s).
