Need assistance installing EVINRUDE 304800 UPPER MOTOR FRONT MOUNT

Need assistance replacing EVINRUDE 304800 UPPER MOTOR FRONT MOUNT on 1963 Evinrude 18 HP outboard. The old one was broken when I disassembled it. Now I can't figure out how to get it back together. Nothing lines up. Thanks in advance!

Explain what you mean by ---" nothing lines up."-----Is the replacement mount the exact same size as the old one.-----Any pictures of the motor and pivot shaft as it sits now ?
