Need Advice on Fresh Water Cooling

After reading another thread you guys have convinced me to install a closed cooling system. I would like to install a full system on a 1998 GM 4.3 liter (model 4211015LS) with an alpha 1 outdrive. I need advice on best brands/models and if this is something a shade tree mechanic like myself can do or should I have a pro do it?<br />Thanks.

Have a look here.. web page <br /><br />I'd say a shade tree guy with a service manual could do the job... <br /><br />Go with a kit that is specifically for your engine so you won't have to fabricate any brackets or other little odds & ends..
