Need a Mercury 9,9 Tiller Arm

I purchased a 1998 Mercury 9.9 two stroke electric start that the boat owner is putting a larger Mercury on so I was not able to get the Control Box and cables with the motor. Would anyone have a used Tiller Arm or a used control box and cables that would work with that motor. If not, do you have any idea where I might find it. Thanks.
